Zhen Xiao is a passionate ballet educator with nearly 20 years of teaching experience. She holds a Ballet Teaching Certification from the Beijing Dance Academy and is a former member of the Sichuan Dancers Association.

Zhen began her professional dance journey at the age of 10, studying at the Sichuan Dance School under the guidance of a founding figure of Chinese ballet—a first-generation graduate of the Beijing Dance Academy. She later graduated from the Dance Department of Sichuan Normal University, where she continued to refine her technique and deepen her understanding of dance education.

In 2005, she began teaching at the Sichuan Dance School, where her students were successfully admitted to top performing arts institutions, including the Central Academy of Drama and the Shanghai Theatre Academy. Later, she dedicated herself fully to the field of community and private dance education, continuing to guide students toward elite schools such as the Beijing Dance Academy and the PLA Academy of Arts.

Zhen founded Zhen’s Dance Studio with a clear mission: to nurture and train the next generation of ballet dancers and help them step onto the world stage. Her teaching is known for its discipline, encouragement, and deep respect for each student's individual journey—whether they are aspiring professionals or adult beginners rediscovering their love for dance.

Her goal is to make classical ballet accessible, meaningful, and empowering—to plant the seeds of excellence and inspire dancers to pursue their dreams with confidence and grace.
