Refund Policy
1. No Refunds After 7 Days
We do not offer refunds for tuition or fees after 7 days from the date of payment, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
Please make sure to take this into consideration before making your payment.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit
Any deposit paid to reserve a spot in class is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Credits for Studio Cancellations Only
If a class is canceled due to reasons from the studio (e.g. instructor absence, facility issues), a credit or make-up class will be offered. No refunds will be issued.

4. No Credits or Refunds for Personal Absences (Not Applicable to Adult Drop-In Passes)
Missed classes due to personal reasons (illness, travel, schedule conflicts, etc.) are not eligible for credit or refund.
This policy does not apply to adult drop-in or class pass users, as their fees are deducted only when they attend class.

5. Make-Up Classes
Students who are unable to attend class due to personal reasons may request to attend a different class as a make-up.
Make-up classes must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and approval.
They are not guaranteed and cannot be accumulated or carried over to a new term.

6. Unused Classes After Term Expiry
For students enrolled in half-year or full-year programs, any unused classes not completed by the end of the term will be forfeited.
The studio will not carry over remaining classes, and they will be considered voluntarily relinquished.
