Meet Zhen (Jessie)

She was accepted into the Sichuan Dance School at the age of 11, marking the beginning of her journey in classical ballet. From that moment on, ballet became not only a form of training, but also a lifelong passion.Her early training took place during a time when ballet resources in China were relatively limited. Under the guidance of first-generation ballet educators, she developed a deep appreciation for discipline, precision, and dedication to the art—values that continue to form the foundation of her teaching today.In her teaching, she follows a structured and systematic training approach, incorporating the teaching philosophy of the Beijing Dance Academy. She places strong emphasis on technical accuracy, proper alignment, and long-term, steady development. At the same time, she values helping students gradually build an understanding of ballet and an appreciation for its aesthetics, rather than simply completing movements.

Since beginning her teaching career in 2005, her extensive experience has given her a deeper understanding of the differences between Eastern and Western training systems, as well as their respective strengths. Through continuous teaching practice, she has gradually integrated the most essential elements of both, allowing her classes to maintain the rigor of professional training while also being engaging, enjoyable, and inspiring.

Since founding Zhen’s Dance Studio, her programs and teaching approach have received recognition and positive feedback from many parents and students.She teaches both children and adults, helping students build a strong foundation while also guiding them to develop confidence, focus, and a lasting interest in dance. Zhen is dedicated to promoting ballet and hopes that more people can discover themselves through it, experience its beauty and strength, and truly enjoy and fall in love with ballet.She believes that every student has their own pace of learning, and that with appropriate guidance and consistent training, students can not only make progress, but also experience growth and develop a genuine passion along the way.

         

 

​关于肖珍老师

 

         肖珍老师于11岁考入四川省舞蹈学校，正式开始了自己的古典芭蕾学习之路。从那时起，芭蕾不仅是一门训练，更成为她长期坚持与热爱的艺术。她的早期训练正值中国芭蕾资源相对匮乏的时期。在第一代芭蕾舞教育者的指导下，她深受严谨、精准与对艺术专注奉献精神的影响，这些也成为她教学中的重要基础。在教学中，她坚持结构化与系统化的训练方式，融合北京舞蹈学院的教学理念，强调技术的准确性、身体的正确排列以及长期稳定的发展。同时，她也非常重视让学生在训练过程中逐渐建立对芭蕾的理解与对美的定义，而不仅仅是完成动作。

         自2005年开始从事芭蕾教学以来，丰富的教学经验让她更加深入地体会到中西方舞蹈教学体系之间的差异，以及各自的优势与特点。在不断的教学实践中，她逐渐将两种体系中最精华的部分加以融合，使课堂既保持专业训练应有的严谨性，又不失轻松、愉快与启发性。

         自创办 Zhen’s Dance Studio 以来，课程与教学方式得到了众多家长与学生的认可与好评。她教授儿童及成人课程，在帮助学生建立扎实基础的同时，也引导他们建立自信、专注力以及对舞蹈的持续兴趣。肖老师致力于推广芭蕾舞，希望让更多人在芭蕾中找到自我，感受其中的美与力量，并真正享受芭蕾、爱上芭蕾。她相信，每一位学生都有属于自己的学习节奏，在合适的引导与稳定的训练下，不仅能够获得进步，也能够在这个过程中收获成长与热爱。
